I appointed Ben Kelso and his team of Swell Building to construct our family beach house in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. It was a pleasure to deal with Ben and his team as they were always very friendly, honest and displayed a culture of very hard work interspersed with good humour.

They are flexible when needed, certainly proactive and capable of suggesting practical solutions where or when required.
